I have no problem with 99% of ships even if I don't like them. In fact, I ship some problematic ships. I know they're problematic, don't condone these things IRL, and try to keep them out of people's faces as a courtesy, but I still don't want anyone who has an issue with people who ship them following me. In addition, I DO someimes interact with tweets involving these ships, and depending on your Twitter client that may cause fanworks of these ships to appear on your timeline. I also sometimes tweet in reference to shipping these things. Please take this into consideration when choosing to follow me.
I'm fairly free with spoilers, but I do have live tweet accounts, and I try to use them! I also always try to keep even minor spoilers back for the first week after content is released.
